= 24 years as a Band Councillor. This given me a good insight into the issues facing our community. A few of those as Deputy chief. This has given me some insight and experience also into the issues facing the Chief Position.
= 20 + years as a Maintenance Manager with responsibility of up to $ 800k in budgets and I've supervised up to 15 people. This has given me a good range of experience to be able to handle the Chief Position.
